Marriage is universally acknowledged as a legal contract and a moral issue. Two individuals whom are in love with each other should have open doors to commit with one another. Marriage itself should not be judged on religion, their future family, nor have their rights diminished by the law. Many people oppose same sex marriage because their decision is influenced by their religion. The bible mentions marriage as a union between a male and a female. For that reason, people judge when a same sex couple wishes to unite and become one. God’s word, written through the bible clearly states, â€Å"There is only one lawgiver and judge, he who is able to save and to destroy. But who are you to judge your neighbor?† To all individuals whom believe they†¦show more content†¦Are those marriages, despite the gender between them, not all humans at the end of the day? Hypocritical how the law speaks about equality, and at the same time denies equality to some individuals. Although some States accord to same sex marriage, that marriage is lost when they move to a state that bans homosexual marriage, therefore equality seize to exist. Envision your future with the person you wish to share your last breaths when old, beautiful future you look forward too. Now imagi ne being unable to share everything you own with your significant other, in other words no bank accounts with both names, property, or even inherit their benefits that by law should be yours. Being the same gender should not contradict the State to oppose their rights to share by law what is theirs through marriage. Will two moms be able to care for a kid as a mom and dad would? An answer coming from the heart would say yes, for that reason gender does not interfere with the affection a parent will have toward their kids. Should some women, married to man, who is unable to procreate life receive negative judgment for naturally being unable to conceive? There is no difference in those heterosexual marriages, naturally unable to conceive, and a homosexual marriage whom is unable to conceive as well. Both marriages should be given the opportunity to adopt kids and become a family.
